    Santa's Galore

After 2 years this UFO is going to find another home. All I need to do is put the tag on for my SIL and BIL and it's ready to travel to MI when we go in a couple weeks. I am so excited.Name: Autumn Swirl 2012 003.JPG

I love Christmas quilts and I'm sure they will love it too! Not sure what alfosa421 is seeing but it looks green and red on my monitor. The braided border really looks wonderful!

I think the black is the background on one of the center squares. I used to have the same fabric. This is a really fun quilt full of Christmas spirit.

That braided border is fabulous! I love this little holiday quilt! And what a sweet in-law you are to make it! They'll think of you all thru the holiday season! Kudos!

Thanks to all for the great comments. Yes, I really like the braided border also. First time in doing one, but like how it came out. I'm excited to see my SIL's face when she sees it, because she doesn't sew at all. Her son just got married and I'm taking them the Autumn Spicy Swirl as a wedding gift. My DH's family likes to receive hand made things versus mine that doesn't. So try to make something special for them when I can.
