I had originally planned to make this for her for Christmas, but I found the material I wanted early and decided to whip it out real fast for her birthday. This is the first quilt that I have handstitched the binding down... It survived the washer and dryer without falling apart, lol! I'm thrilled!

the backing ended up a little crooked

She will love it. A quilt actually made by a Granddaughter?
Precious!! And I'll bet she will brag about it all the rest of her life.

That was so sweet of you to do that for her. She's lucky to have such a loving Grand daughter.

What a pretty quilt. I love the blue and yellow backing. The daisies are pretty too. Great job and thanks for sharing.

Very pretty. It's always nice when the quilts don't fall apart in the wash.
