The name of the book I used is "Sunbonnet Sue All Through the Year"...I am sending a pic of the book..I believe it is now out of print but sometimes you can find it one line.

You can learn if you want to...the book gives very good instructions...my applique quilts are by machine...I won't live long enough to hand applique all the applique quilts I want to make..lol... :-)

I was in total awe looking at this quilt. I must have stared at it for two minutes before I could leave the picture. That is the best SBS I have ever seen. Thank you for sharing.
