Default Scrappy Blueridge Beauty

Pattern is Bonnie Hunter's BlueRidge Beauty but instead of blues I went totally scrappy. With the help of some friends across the US, Canada, England, Scotland and Australia - either through scrap swaps or QB Boomerang groups ... I had scraps from all over - all from English speaking countries - which led to the name of the quilt "Broken English".

Finished size 108 x 108.

I'm keeping this one!! Finally my own quilt!!!

Off to the long armer. It's too big for my frame and my chiropractor would make a fortune if I tried to sling this thing through my domestic.

Spectacular .......... Amazing work!!!!!!!!!!

Now the wait for the LA'er to get at it!!

A perfect choice for your two borders ... gives it a nice autumn glow.

Thinking baptist fan for the center and nice organic feathers in that big wide border that screams "quilt me pretty!". The outer border is 8" which my LA'er was very happy to hear as she will have plenty of room to "play".
