You should be very proud of it. It is a work of art - the colors are exciting and the design is lovely. Your points and corners of the blocks are so beautifully done - yes, you should be very proud indeed!

Thank you for all the wonderful compliments! I tried my hardest to make sure every thing matched up but those chevrons were little beggars to line up, so I focussed on lining up the centre point as that was more obvious that the point in the seams, 'next' time, I will strip piece and cut on the 45 deg. as I am sure it will be easier with less waste that adding squares, stitching and trimming! I have saved all the offcuts and I am making mini hour glass blocks that finish at 1 and 1/4"..so tiny but very cute!

I love how it went together. I am amazed that it is all scraps. The blue and purple really pull it together. You inspire me to get cracked and see if I can use up the ever growing pile of scraps at my house.
