Yes, they were cut nicely. They were cut from a 6" square of fabric. With those bias edges, I played it safe and sewed them to my yellow 1/2 square the same size, then pressed and cut them down to 5 1/2 " square. No problems that way from the bias edges, etc.

The quilt and quilting are both beautiful! It is so much fun to make something beautiful out of throw aways. Good job.
