It's gorgeous...maybe echo around the hearts (this will make them stand out) and maybe just ditch quilt the rest. Or go nuts and quilt heart shapes in the white bits and ditch quilt the sashings.

What a good use of scraps. QC is a really good resource for scrappy quilts. I put that pattern on my bucket list but my bucket is running over. Your quilt is lovely.

I love it - makes me smile. Can't help you with the quilting but your idea sounds good.

it's very pretty. Your fabrics are ever so much brighter than what I mostly had (when I had so many 2.5" blocks)--and it makes for a beautiful quilt. Congratulations.

And I agree with the others...whatever you do will be fine, but SITD would probably enhance it. But, it will be nice no matter what you do.

That's one bright and beautiful heart quilt. I've made a few in the last two years and I must say I really like the sashing in yours! It gives it just the right amount of additional color! I'm going to add this to my list.
    Go forth and sew!

Kimmers, thanks for stating what the name is! With the proper name in hand, I was able to find it very quickly! For those who somehow still state that they couldn't find it....

You could use a highter loft batting to make the hearts puffier.
