What beautiful coordination of colors! I have a pile of 2.5 strips, but I think I'll start a collection of 1.5" per your suggestion - thanks for a great idea!

Wow, Awesome. I love the non-traditional, traditional Fall colors in this. And, your chevron setting gives it a modern feel. It looks fabulous in/on your sunroom (lanai). Your just in time to kick off Fall with this finish. I love it. Enjoy!

Very nice quilt, however, 1 1/2 inch strips does not just get thrown together! I like to make log cabins too, however I use 2 1/2 inch bits and pieces! goes a bit faster. But I am tempted to do a log cabin the turns out with curves by using the 1 1/2 with the 2 1/2. I stopped cutting 1 1/2 strips and just added to my strings. I may have to start cutting them again. Thank you for sharing you lovely quilt.
