    Scrappy Pinwheel Quilt

Attached is my first attempt at posting a picture, so please bear with me.

I've been trying to use my gray-blue fabric stash for some time and this the the fifth quilt in the series (which didn't even seem to make a dent in my scrap bin!) Last year after a fabric swap with friends, I cut all my blue scraps into strips and squares, but even after 5 quilts it appears that there is no ends to my "blues"! The idea for this quilt was based on a quilt hanging in a coffee shop while we were traveling last summer. Although the quilt I saw was a fraction of this one's size, I thought this might be a good way to use up my scraps.

Anyway, here is the latest edition...I hope to use it for a church auction in March.

    Thanks!

Very nice! This would make an awesome baby boy quilt. I think I want to come shop your scrap bins.

I know what you are talking about certain colors in your stash. But I think that your quilt is lovely and what a wonderful way to pay it forward.

What a nice scrappy .... I particularly like how you have framed up the pinwheels for a bit more focus to them.

Blue lovers will love this one. It's very pretty. I like your choice of blocks to put together. If I get tired making pinwheels, that's a great solution.
