I thought it looked like Arkansas Crossroads, but some of the block is missing, the part that makes the X thus, the Crossroad.
I did a search and found this link. I believe this is as close as we will come to an accurate name. Isn't it fun when we can take part of one pattern and turn it into something else?

It is Chicklets...I made one for Linus using all the childrens scraps I had...It turned out so cute...great way to use your scraps... :-)
