I love all of these. I am also enjoying the quilt inspectors (and getting some new inspirations.) These are all from 2008. the hearts were a raffle quilt for a local museum that features quilts and other textiles. (I gave them 3 dresses my forebear's sisters wore when dancing for the troops at the siege of Vicksburg, where GGGGM cared for wounded Union officers and saved her husband's life when HE came in "fatally" wounded.)

A few more
The peachy fabric was a gift from someone who had to stop quilting. It wasn't my usual color choice, but I like the results, especially when the sun shines through the window it covers. The stars' fabric was a garage sale find. The DWR is from trashed jeans I was given.

I do too. I have found several projects I want to do...after I get caught up with Christmas presents. BTW, the denim DWR above finished at twin size. I fringed the denim for 1/2" both around the melon and on the other side of each arc. I topstitched the arcs in place over the sandwiched one block segments. QAYG
