This pattern is for pieced blocks; not paper pieced.

PaintMeJudy, ZoZee mentioned the scrappy legs on your birdies. I went back for a closer look and discovered the ones with striped legs look like they are wearing leggings! How cute is that! Your quilt just keeps getting cuter and cuter! Thanks ZoZee for your part in all this! I haven't made a block yet, but soon as I make three 'catch-up' blocks for BOW and BOM I'm going to make at least one bird.

This is a cute quilt. It just went on my bucket list. I might find a paper pieced pattern to use and adapt. Thanks Judy for all the inspiration you share.

That is supremely adorable! And what a great way to use scraps! You did a wonderful job-- really love the modern and fresh feel it has to contrast with the cuteness. Anyone else think this would be perfect as a baby quilt?
