Mine would not lower this a.m. either and I found out that my quilt guide was stopping it from lowering. I was quilting the bottom of a bow tucks purse and I'm happy that I've got the outside of it all done. Now to go make the straps, but will have to see if I have the right fabrics for the lining. Hope you get your machine fixed in time to get that quilt done. Huggies, Fay

Your color matching with your duck blocks is awesome!

See if the service tech can look at your machine when you take it in. It might be a quick fix and if you tell him you're really in a bind he might be able to fix it then and there. I've left my machine plenty of times but a couple times I was really desperate and they fixed it while I waited.

Great quilt. It definitely has the "man" thing going for it..no flowers!
I hope the machine fix is fast and painless($$).

This is a gorgeous quilt. I had the same thing happen to my pressure foot, it would not go down. It was a simple fix at the dealer tho, he took off the pressure plate and there were gobs of dust and thread in there. Hopefully you're problem is fixed and you can finish this beauty.

    I feel your pain... :-(
The bobbin winder on my machine broke yesterday. Now I have to take mine in because with it broken my machine won't run. Blast these computerized machines sometimes...
Hopefully they will repair it for you quickly.

The quilt is beautiful and in that organization you should be able to get some nice bidding going and make some money for the cause.
So sorry you are having problems with the machine. Hope it is a quick, inexpensive fix.
