I heard back from her. She didn't like it. She thought it looked slap happy and not enough of a layout. She thinks it looks like a piss poor job of being put together. I asked her every step of the process if she wanted more input in the layout and stuff and she said no. And in our contract it says in the first line that I'm not a professional and that the results will not be professional quality. Yet she rated me a 4 on a scale of 1-10.

OMG - next time tell her to do it herself and let her see what you went thru! I have heard that t-shirt quilts are a pain. I haven't even thought to attempt making one. I have my daughter's tees from when she was 4 yrs of age to her high school years waiting to make something with them and still don't know what that will be. Keep your chin up because the quilt looks beautiful! Some people you will never please. :-) :D :-)

....She didn't like it??????????? Is she nuts????? I absolutely LOVE it. I have made only one t shirt quilt, t's on both sides....And I did the abstract design too, used 3 sizes of square. I have to wonder about the folks that give no input then complain.
Don't give her a second thought, all her taste must be in her mouth...
