A friend of mine did get a replacement for the same kind of reasons. If I were you, I would call them and tell them that the replacement is a real disappointment compared to the first one.

Orchids are common house plants here in Norway, although I have never had one. My sister in law and friends seem to be able to have theirs bloom repeatedly. The only thing I know is that if you cut one back you must leave at least one bud-type knot on the stem.

Not much help I guess, but am glad to hear you got a replacement. It is such a sad thing when you receive a gift that is not what you know the giver would like it to be. 8-)

Dear Secret Angel: I got your package yesterday!! And, as usual, it was filled with all kinds of treats -- just for me :D I don't know how you knew that I had a really bad week but your package cheered me up to no end!!

Inside the package was a whole yard of pretty floral fabric, a package of "Machingers" (to use when FMQ), 2 rose magnets, a package of hand needles (how did you know I needed those?), a booklet on using Chenille from the Fabric Cafe as well as a package of Chenille By the Inch and several post cards with quilts. Thank you sew much for brightening my week!! :D

All the goodies!

And Rosie approved!

Oh yeah -- Ms. Rosie should have been named "Ms. Nosie"

These gloves are a size S/M and they fit perfectly and I have small hands too! The package has a web site of: www.quilterstouch.com
