I have been sending something to my angelee every month and have been seeing her post thank yous. But you are correct I feel it is over too. I see everyone getting such nice pressies and I know it is better to give then receive but when you haven't received anything in months it is kind of sad. My angel has been MIA. I don't even remember the last time I received something, a card to say I am thinking of you would have been nice. But there has been nada, zippo, nothing!!!!!
I've got some very nice things, but it's basically over for me too. I won't be playing again next year, if it runs again. I have tried to make my angel happy, although it hasn't been much. So frequently makes up for quantity I guess.

An entire year is a big commitment to make. I can understand that a lot can happen in that amount of time, but that still doesn't excuse those who just let it drop without any explanation. A card or note does not take a big effort. I don't think this was ever meant to be a monster gift exchange, it was a "reach out and touch someone", a chance to make a friend, to have someone new from a different area to chat with. I'm sorry that lack of personal responsibility has hurt so many. Good intentions are just that -- intentions. I'm sorry that K.White has had to deal with all the absentees, and I do appreciate all her efforts to keep this afloat for the past year (as well as keeping her sanity and respect for mankind). I was lucky to have a good angel. And those that stepped up and filled in where they were needed -- there is a special place in heaven for people like you; you are truly the angels among us. This year has been an interesting study in human nature, hasn't it?
