Default Sewing with a Lake view

This is how I spent my Friday last week - took the sewing machine onto the verandah of our fishing shack in the highlands where I had a lovely view of the lake before me. I have a fantastic day sewing and managed to get a lap quilt top done. Bring on more summery days and no wind so I can spend my Christmas / New Year vacation time in this exact same spot

How nice! Water is so relaxing, and to be able to sew and watch the water. Life is good

that looks so relaxing, I'm afraid I would be looking at the lake more than I would be sewing. It looks so peaceful

Hi Lynnie, love your view!!!! I'm trying to figure out where it is though, look a little like Eucumbene but there seem to be too many trees down to the water.

What happens when you drop the sewing feet/needles etc through the grate?lol (that would be clumsy me)
I'd love to have an area like that - I sew in a closet. Hope you have many happy hours there.
