A charming sewing room. I love that you used what you had to make it work. I found with a small room it's possible to reach out in every direction for things without getting up!

Sounds like what I did in my corner of the basement. I reused a bedroom dresser as my store everything, each drawer has it own purpose. I have shelves with bins and each bin also has its own purpose. The wall by the stairs is my project wall that holds my rulers and such. I have a old kitchen table set from the 50's (remember the old chrome set) I am using for my cutting table. right next to that is my ironing board. On the side of the table and the ironing board is my big koala cabinet and sewing machine.
To the left of all of this I have my Handi Quilter set up.
This was all done when I outgrew all my previous rooms, and the hubby said why not go down stairs.
The walls aren't fancy, I have carpet by my sewing machine, and cushioned floor pads all around my cutting table, and lots of lighting, and I recently was given a nice little sterio system from a friend, so I am good to go.
