I'm completely breaking the "Thou shalt not covet" commandment. I'm coveting all over the place. Dang! The darn ironing board is bigger than my sewing space.

You could use one of those tablecloths that has the flannel backing to it. Just tack it to your wall and they are inexpensive.

I am very interested in the table top your sewing machine is on. It looks like it is sitting on a piece of plex a glass that is stitting on top of some file cabs. That would make a very good quilting table with out much work if that is the way it is. I am wanting to do something for quilting so am interested in how you did it.

I've taken over half of the family room with the other half soon to be mine too.. the family just doens't know it yet! :lol: :lol:

Sheila, my machine is sitting on a glass topped computer desk, I got two of them for my Pfaff machines. They work great! :)

sewjoyce - I think that is a great idea you have, I am sure there are some hotels around as well. I have never been to Canada...
