Default Sewing Room

I recently made a few changes in my sewing room. I had posted pictures before, but since I made a few changes and have some new additions, I decided to share again. When we moved to another state, on my wish list was a house with either a room - not a bedroom but a separate room - that I could use as my sewing studio, or enough land where I could have a room built. I got lucky. The house we bought had a separate room next to the garage, 250 sq. ft., with heat and air, that was used as a family room. Next to it is a woodworking shop, which was on my DH's wish list.

You enter the room from the garage, the pictures are from front to back and back to front, and all 4 corners. The flooring is a cushioned vinyl. Since that room is on a cement slab, I thought it would be easier on my legs and back when I stand, and it definitely is.

I am so jealous! What a wonderful space you have to work in. How fortunate you are!

I had just cleaned it so I decided if I was going to take pictures, I needed to do it NOW because when I sew, my room looks like a tornado went through it, turned around, and went through it again!!
