    Very unique and very pretty quilt. I have not seen this pattern, but I really like it, and I love the colors. I am sure your daughter will be very proud.

    Very nice-hard to believe you can do it in such a short time-even when it says "easy and quick" it always takes me at least 3 times longer than I expected!

    Thanks for sharing the pattern! It is truly lovely....Please post pictures after this is quilted. Can't wait to see what you do with that.
    I can't wait to see what I do with the quilting either. haha. I never know until I get started. I was thinking stippling in the "shadow" and just meandering elsewhere. Anyone with a better suggestion? Don't get to fancy with the suggestions. I'm a beginner-quilter. what thread would you use? Most of the blocks are dark, but I don't want to use dark thread on the light colored blocks?
