Please do send a tutorial or at least a few more instructions on how much alcohol and anything else you learned.
My 11-year old is VERY interested and wanted to know if you used fat or thin sharpies?
We have a plan to get started this summer after she finishes another project.

Making fabric designs with Sharpie Markers. I have broken down the process in easy steps so I hope you give it a try.
Photo 1- setup your work area-pens, 91% alcohol, brushes, muslin, tape, plastic protection, papertowels
Photo 2 - drawn large image in pencil
Photo 3 - fill in design with sharpie markers using scribbles, thin lines, hash marks, different kinds of lines and blending colors-leave some space for ink to bloom
make several and practice-it helps to tape muslin down on plastic or back with freezer paper

Thanks for the tut. I see you have all sizes of brushes - do you different sizes for differnt blending? Dip the brush in the alcohol then blend? Also when your done - do you "set" your design with an iron while its still wet? Sorry so many questions ................. but this is so neat!

When you added the alcohol, did you brush it on somehow or just dip the brush in alcohol and then dab it on in places? Sorry about the questions, I just want to understand how to do this cause it is so neat and I want to make some quick flower wallhangings.
