My youngest has downs, so I too know seemingly everything about his LD teacher (her Birthday, her childrens birthday, favorite colors, where their going to college) and that she doesnot have a featherweight in the closet. But I'm certain you have a gem in your daughter, the teacher and a wonderful featherweight story.

Wonderful FW, and a beautiful quilt. I am sure she will treasure it and remember your daughter. Do you have a name for your new "little girl"?

What a lovely story. It was nice of you to make her a quilt in appreciation of the machine she gave you. And everyone's happy. Enjoy your many many hours on this machine.
