She needs quilting, borders and binding, when I'm officially back to sit at my machine, then off in the mail to her new home in MA.

I would STRONGLY suggest that you send it so someone would have
to sign for it. Far too many missing quilts on an internet site I ran into
recently (can't remember where) but it was heartbreaking to see such
a large amount of love, time and money gone from front porches where
most UPS or mail men drop them!!

When your ten minutes are up, if you can, you might try laying on the floor and either putting your feet up on your chair, or better yet up against a wall. Do that for ten minutes, and you be able to quilt somemore. :D

It also helps to put a hand of either side of a doorway, and take a step into the doorway stretching shoulder muscles. :-)
