As a garment sewer, I'm impressed with your plaid-matching! This is such an inspiration for everyone who would like to make a memory quilt from clothing. Beautiful job.

I'm so sorry for your loss. What a beautiful way to keep his memory alive. I love the back, too.

Very nice. I'm sure it will be a treasure for them to have. The backing fabric is perfect.

Kassaundra, again I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my dad last year and like your's he wore plaid shirts most of the time. I have several that I'm trying to decide what to do with them. I hope this isn't in poor taste but I really like how you made the wall hanging, and was wondering if you could share how you made it?

Thanks so much

So sorry for your loss. Making that work with plaids - amazing! Your DH and his siblings will treasure these gifts from your heart.

What an awesome piece and for such a wonderful memory. I keep looking at it and can't imagine cutting the pieces much less sewing them together and they all match. I'll say it again, AWESOME!

Your precise piecing is beyond compare. Matching plaid lines is no easy feat. My condolences on your loss and compliments on your achievement.
