Thread: Shoes baby quilt

    Got this fabric with the boys and girls and just loved their shoes! Used the colors of their outfits to pick the fabrics for the log cabin blocks. Some blocks are just shoes.

    What a wonderful way to incorporate those blocks. I love the colors, and your zig-zag border is divine.

    Was that a regular printed fabric or some sort of specialty panel?

    Who is the lucky recipient?

    How darling! I also bought this fabric and made cloth dolls with the matching clothes...love to see different things done!

    Thank you! The recipient is my husband's cousin's baby daughter. I hope to meet her in June. The zig zag border is just made from angled cuts from the scraps.

    I forgot to reply that it's a printed fabric. They have it in the Hancock's catalog. We got it in Paducah last year. it took me a long time to get the quilt done.
