This was made from left-over scraps from the quilt I just made for my sister (shown in my avatar). I was just practicing with scraps and was going to do a "real" block out of "good" fabric later. That didn't happen. I loved this one too much to try to duplicate it. I even paper pieced the star rays. Yeah for me.

Gorgeous! I've been wanting to try the Attic Windows, but haven't gotten to it, yet. I have lots of Lighthouse fabrics and thought that would be a good way to showcase them.

I didn't try tackling the "Y" seams, but did a 1/2 square triangle where the "windowsill and casement" intersect. It was a snap. Good luck.

Beautiful job! Really reminds me of "Attic Windows" You did a great job. Really looks like your looking out a window. Very good choice of fabric.
