Beautiful fabrics! I can hardly wait to see what you make. The blue is my favorite. I went there with my eldest daughter and had some specific things in mind that we needed....I did manage to walk out without any of the red tag fabrics, but just barely!
However, I didn't do as well at WM on Saturday. I needed some additional fabric for a quilt I am making and when I went to get it, not only was it on clearance, it had additional sale and it was 86 cents a yard! This was a Davids Textiles fabric and decent. Well, I needed maybe 1 yard at the most, I got 3! What I will do with the extra, I don't know, but it was all I could do not to buy it all!
I could go broke saving money...te hee hee.

When I was in Joann's I asked them if they offered a class on making the bow tucks pattern. One of the ladies that was cutting fabric said that I could put in a request for a level 3 sewing class and that if they approve she would be one teaching it. I'm dying to make this purse! Just nervous!!! And for the beautiful batiks...I think my Secret Quilt Angel will be getting some in her December reveal box!
As I was checking out a lady standing in line called me over to her and asked if I had a coupon. She gave me her coupon that took off an additional 10% - including red tag. I just saw you can get an instore coupon at the joann's website.

An even better reason to go...........THE GREAT SALES. Just explain to him that with these great sales, it makes quilting more affordable and you will save money. Even more with the coupons. That is worth an extra 30 minutes more to shop.
