This is a quilt I made for my son last year. He's in the Air Force and was being sent to Alaska, so we figured he would need at extra layer of warmth in the cold months.

Red/White/Blue is on my to do list for this year. Have most of the fabric, just trying to find the "right" pattern. I was thinking D9P. This is motivating me!

So PRETTY! I love all of them! My red/white/and blue is at my local long-arm quilter and I didn't get a pic before I gave it to her. Hopefully she'll get it back to me soon and I will post a pic. HURRAY for the red, white, and blue!!

I had alot of fun coming up with this one. I cut the waves with the rick rack die and cut everything else out free hand. My star dies came today...figures ~ but I'm happy with how it came out. Now to bind it and hang it up for the hub. I love it when he helps me design. =)

Also, San Antonio is my favorite TEXAS city. Had a ball at the Riverwalk and the shops around the ALOMO. The ALOMO feels sacred when you are visiting.

This is a wall hanging I did a few years ago. It has faded a bit as I used to hang it on my front door. The fabrics were alot brighter.. I now have a fabric protectant to spray on that keeps fabrics from fading.
This is machine embroidered and quilted. It always makes me happy when I hang this up!
