Here is mine, had it out on the grass last night for all the kids to lay on for the fireworks display in our front yard. The grass was really damp from raining all day but this quilt is the one that I made just for this purpose. All the kids (even the teens) were so excited to see me come out of the house and spread it out on the grass (made me feel great to see them so excited about my quilt). After last night and for the first time it has to go to the laundra mat for a wash and dry.
The bottom of the pick is my area rug not a part of the quilt.

I found a pattern that doesn't use the dreaded "Y" seams. It is called Jelly Star 'cause it's made with a jelly roll. It is by Fig Tree Quilts. Try it, you'll like it!
