I love this wall hanging of my grandkids' silhouettes. I have it hanging in my living room and never get tired of looking at it.

Yes I made it. I took photos of each grandchild to show their personality and used them for patterns. It didn't take real long, maybe a week or 10 days.

They do love it. When they come over, they usually stare at it for a few minutes.

You just gave me a really good idea for a quilt for my husband who is a scuba diver. I have a great underwater sihoulette photo of him...HUMMMMMMM together with some tropical fish and coral on the bottom could be just the thing. Thank you! Your quilt is wonderful and very inspiring.

Oh, I do really, really like this wallhanging. What a special piece. I know why they love it too. What kind of applique did you do on this? It looks rather detailed. I thought about doing just traditional silhouettes, but had not considered something as detailed as this...until now. Hummmm

That is such a great idea. I think I might try it with my 2 GD's. They live in Miami FL and I'm in Cleveland OH. It would be like having them with me all the time! I love yours
