Default Simple Simon - 3rd place winner

I made this quilt for a guild challenge and it took 3rd place! The name is "Simple Simon", design by Jodi Barrows.

This summer it will hang in a show with other quilts from our guild members.

What a curious and strange optical illusion the stars represent when you look at them. You begin to wonder if they are red (brown? I'm not sure of the color on my monitor) or white. lol It's a cute pattern.

I, too, enjoy looking at the way it alternates between white stars and red/brown. Nifty quilt, well made!
