I don't think you need grandkids to enjoy that quilt. I love the whimsy. It is adorable.

I don't have any grandkids yet but who knows? Our abused women's shelters here love to get quilts for their children. And tis would be a welcomed gift.

I notice you have a dog...I would throw it across my back seat for the special pet! If you absolutely have not use for the quilt you might consider donating it to someone at a retirement center or VA center to use as a lap quilt. I love the colors you chose!

We have a shelter locally for abused women. When they come in with their kids, they usually have nothing. The kids are thankful to get a quilt that is really theirs. Maybe you could find a place like this???

Mary I don't know just what size it is, but have you thought of donating it to the Quilts for Valor program for our many service personnel stationed around the world. I know there are lots of quilters donating to this most worthy cause. You might check and see if there is a local group in you area. Love you quilt.Great job!
