Default Sit Down LA Cover

When I went to quilt my last quilt, the Cottage Joy-Double Slice my quilting machine was so dusty. You could run your finger on just about any spot & it would ball up😳didn’t need to do a white glove test😉😂 Because my machine stays here, by unused ‘garage’ door, I wanted something kinda nice looking and also kinda match my furniture. However now I’m thinking 🤔 the cover I quilted and made is kinda plain- maybe I should emb something....
Also, my thread guide stand does not lower, so it pokes the cover up, making it look lopsided😳 First side view is by light And of course other view by motor and thread stand.

Any thoughts you may have to leave plain or do something, I’d appreciate.
Have a nice day quilting! Toogie

This is on my “to do list” , perhaps you can modify it for your sit down?

A bit of embroidery on it like maybe a crown for the Queen?

Maybe a buttonhole for the spindle to stick out of with minimal dust entering. otherwise that is a nice looking cover. I agree though a little embelishment would look nice...but I like it just the way it is.

It is the long taupe colored upside down L that would need a long opening, defeating the purpose of the cover, by allowing too much dust to enter that is poking up. It is to the left and over the spindles.
Maybe I will leave it plain until I am inspired or someone comes up with an idea to share. Thanks

I saw that before I made mine yesterday. I am not wanting to make another cover as I just finished this one. I am ok with this one as it doesn't have any slits or opening for dust to enter. What I wanted to know if anyone had any ideas for embellishment.

If it works for you - then it is perfect. I like it just the way it is.

First of all great job! Yeah, it looks plain but it is to do a service and it will work great for that purpose. I don't think adding emb will make a difference. You have done a good job making the cover I wouldn't over think it. I wish I had a LA to make a cover for.
