Goodness! I love that quilt and know I will never ever even attempt to make it. Nanna and Sewing Senior please keep showing us your beautiful work. I am more than impressed with your heirlooms in the making.

This will be the !! factor of a very stunning quilt! There are few words that will describe this quilt and I can't wait to see it finished. Just seeing this little area says so much about your skills. Thank you for sharing. Looking forward to seeing the finish!

Thank you all for your kind words.
I sewed the next row of blocks on yesterday. It's actually starting to take shape. The middle row will take me a bit more time because there are 10 HST strips to make and those aren't quick. But, I'll keep posting my progress as it happens.
Thanks again for looking at my efforts to get this one off my UFO list.

Your HST points are spot on, which isn't easy to get with such small strips. It's looking awesome (I may have to look in the thesaurus for a new word, I'm about to wear 'awesome' out). You're so close and I'm so excited for you.
