Thought I'd take a few pics of some quits to share with you all here from a quilt show I went to during the week. It was held in the local church hence why some of the pics are really dark.
    Sit back & enjoy :P

Love this Putty Tat Quilt - I spoke to the lady who made this she told me each cat on the quilt was a reminder of all the cats she had owned over the past 20+yrs. She had a tale to tell me about them all !!!!!LOL

Aren't they just beautiful Loretta, those red things LOL are Poppy wreaths probably placed there on Rememberance Sunday last year. Seems more & more things these days are artificial.
There is also a pillow placed in between too.

Tisha - thanks for sharing...feel like I've just got home from a quilt show :). Glad you took so many pictures...I always think there's never enough pictures; why else would they make memory card that take 2,000+ pictures if you're not supposed to snap away
I could see myself spending the afternoon there and just hanging around. There are some lovely quilts, really quite nice. Especially loved the church pictures...don't see that over here; stained glass was magnificent
Now off you go, get some of your WIPs ready for next year's show :) :)

Oh what a perfectly wonderful little show. Lots of talent showing there. Love the blue and purple floral one the best. And the delphiniuns (the one you thought looks a little like geraniums). My colors, for sure.
Thanks so much for sharing with us.

What a beautiful setting for those beautiful quilts. Hard to pick a favorite. Thanks so much for posting the pictures-I feel like I went to the show, too.
