    This is the type of quilt I want to make with the batiks FQ that I have. I also have lots of black from the sashing.

    I have copied your idea for using some of my batiks.....such a great but easy pattern. You've done a great job and the border concept here, is wonderful.......I thought I would be using a ton of batik.....but like most scrap quilts, I have LOTS left over.....may make a second or third or (on and on). HeeHee. They are mulipling at night (the batiks, that is)! I am running out of the black, however....
