I am making a quilt for my cat Smoky. After all, my dog had one. There are four blocks. I made them each about 15 inches. I had the kitties with the fish tanks fabric for a few years and just could not bring myself to cut it. Well, I finally got the nerve. My sister loves it. What do you think?

I love it and the colors are WONDERFUL! I need to make my cat and two dogs their own quilts. My cat thinks he's my assistant!

I think you should send the quilt to me -- my cat would love it although I'm mad at him (again) and we're not speaking...

    Beautiful kitty!!

Cute - I have some of that fabric too and am reluctant to cut it.

Love it. And just in time too. Looks like Smoky needs a quilt to lay on.

Thanks for all the lovely comments.
Isn't it funny how so many people name gray cats Smoky (or Smokey)? About her picture, she just crawled into the dog's water dish one day. Good thing there was no water in it. I sent the pic to my sister and said something about her needing a bigger "pool". Smoky has not actually seen the quilt top yet, but one of her babies was on my sewing table a couple of days ago and walked across the fabric. So I guess Molly used Mommy's quilt before she did.

Oh my goodness, where did you get the aquaium material. Love the other material too. I love the primary colors so beautiful.

Finally Smoky can get out of the bowl! That's a beautiful quilt and I'm sure Smoky feels quite pampered.
