Here's a preview of a new group that Robert Kaufman is releasing in April. What do you think of these? And in particular, how would you use the first two designs? I believe the picture shows the full width of the fabric for those two.

Hummmm I must watch too many police shows. These look like microscope slides from a crime scene to me. LOL

Pocketbooks! The top two if in a quilt I would try the outer border starting at the stripe to the edge.....

Wow! I can see where they got the name. I have been reading about One Block Wonders, so that is what the big prints make me think of... wouldn't any or all of them be great as a OBW quilt? Or a combination of colors? I love them! The bottom one looks more like a blender... oooohhh, you added more. I don't know what I would do with the stripey ones... I am usually at a loss with big prints...

It's supposed to start shipping to shops in April. I haven't decided yet whether to order it for our shop... it's a little "un-traditional" for us ... but then, sometimes you just need a change!

Hmmmm, not really my cup of tea. I kind of like the blue background circle one (third one down) but probably not enough that I'd buy it. I'm reminded too much of shag carpets and lava lamps by this fabric (all of which is before my time though).

wow, that is really vivid. At first glance I didn't like it at all, then, I thought smaller pieces would be the trick with this fabric so the pattern is not so overwhelming.
