    i just love the color combination and the pattern. how big are you going to make it - bed size or throw?

    Love the colors and the blocks lend themselves to a man's quilt (although I'd cover up in one like it :) too).

    That's great! I just love batiks ~ and they are perfect for a man's quilt! Have you seen the Stonehenge fabrics by Northcott? They would be great for a guy too.

    Very pretty, or hmmm, should I say, wow, what a "manly quilt" that is!! I love the colors and the pattern. be sure to post when it's done. Is the large piece at the bottom going to be the backing?

    Here is an update! I have the top fully pieced. It is a pattern from "Batiks: Inspired from Bali." Great book!

    I'm going to baste it tomorrow. I purposefully made it more LONG than anything since my dad is lanky. :)



    All four of my babies had to be in the picture to "help."

    Great quilt! Love all of your little inspectors. Are you sure you're gonna be able to get it away from them to give to your dad??
