I love the lilacs and the birds too. I am not a red person but you made it look great.

I think it's an odd color pairing because lilacs are a spring/early summer flower and that red has a very autumnal feel. Overall it reminds me of wallpaper from the fifties. If I were going to pick a lilac fabric I would prefer something from the Michael Miller Flower Fairies collection which has more of a springtime lightness.

I won't buy it, because it's not my style, but I do like the red included -- otherwise it's quite fuddy duddy and predictable color-wise. The brick red gives it a bit of a wake up. I think the bird pattern is cute, and if I were making a quilt with it, I'd probably use more of the birds and less of some of the bigger floral.

Nice collection, but I don't care for the reds. Browns either. Lilacs are fair weather flowers-not fall, so ....

love the lilacs, but the red and dark brown's are ugly. They should have gone with a deep pink instead--nothing too bright but eligant

The Moda sales rep came through this week, and so I got to see the sample swatches of this line.

The brown is actually a nice chocolate brown, not an ugly color. And the red is a bit deeper and not as rusty as the pictures make it out to be.

The smaller scale lilac print was quite lovely, more so than the larger one in my opinion.

Thought you might like the update... in case you were wondering what the colors really looked like!

They are ok, but I don't think I would purchase any of these. They just aren't my thing

I can see that many here will like these fabrics, but they are not my cup of tea. Nice colors, I just prefer brights.

I think the colors are a little on the dull side, but that's just me.
