Thoughtful and beautiful! She will love it....not just because you took the time to make something that reflects her personal interests, but it is a tangible reflection of the way you feel about her.

I agree with everyone else, this quilt is wonderful. Who isn't fascinated with snow globes? To have a boss that is so well thought of and a employee/co-worker who thinks so very much of her, is in my experience a very rare situation indeed. You are a special lady to do this for her and your boss is very fortunate to have you as a co-worker/friend!

What a special boss to inspire you to create such a beautiful quilt. I am sure she is going to absolutely love it. Don't stress over the quilting, we are our own worse critics. She will be so bowled over with your generous gift, that nothing else will matter!
