Congratulations! It is a big honor just to get juried into these shows. My good friend won Best of Country at A Mancuso world show several years ago, when she first started showing. Apparently part of winning BO is allowing them to exhibit the quilt for a year at all their shows, although I don't think it is mandatory they asked for permission on the application. At the time she didn't understand the ramification of allowing that and never thought she would win. After it was done and she was without her quilt for a year she said she wouldn't allow that again. She said it was in pretty rough shape when she finally got it home as in very wrinkled, with fold creases and a little dirty. Nothing that couldn't be washed out and reblocked though. She won a lot of awards with that quilt. Here is a blog (not affiliated, just found it) that has pics of it. http://quiltinspiration.blogspot.com...how-in_21.html

Both of your quits are beautiful. Here's wishing you the highest award ribbons possible.

Wonderful quilts...congratulations. I thought about attending the show in August but it is about a 4 hour drive for me and I get a little impatient with the summer tourists on the roadways. LOL
