    Love the quilt and your quilting. I am learning FMQ. Doing placemats. I'll have to try some cheater baby quilt panels. Your designs are great. You are very talented.

    Oh EmiliasNana, you are doing awesome!!! You need to give yourself a lot more credit. I see great control. Look at how perfectly you managed to "ditch" the designs in the panel and those designs are not easy, especially those skinny letters. You outlined them right on the mark. You made a panel look like it was actually appliqued. You also did a great job keeping your fills inside each element. You are ready for quilting for others if you wanted to and definitely ready to quilt any top you may have that you thought you weren't "good enough" to do. You are most definitely good enough. And the best part.... You are having fun doing it and that relaxation and loss of fear shows. Now enter some shows because you got it girlfriend! Oh and I agree, it is much more gratifying to me as well to practice on a quilt than muslin.
