    I love the blanket stitch for the binding; it reminds me of baby blankets, so it's particularly fine on a baby quilt.

    Really cute. Great idea on attaching your binding. I would never have thought to use the blanket stitch.

    So cute! The black and white check makes the blocks even more adorable. Any child will love looking at these "faces" and images, from the moment they can focus.

    What fun! Before she's ready for an "I Spy" quilt, she'll be able to match the repeated animals you have used and start learning some colors!
