    We must be quilt soul mates--I saw many of my favorite things in that quilt. And how many quilters living outside central Florida know what a Sandhill crane looks like! Thanks for sharing all the pics.

    Waving my hand wildly! Sandhill cranes fly north and then south over our farm land on their way to their destinations. Even though they are high up we can hear them clearly. It is an event in our household! We saw and clearly heard them just a week ago heading south.

    Oh, oh, oh, I love this quilt. I would love to do something like this. My DH bought a quilt kit for me two years ago and this reminds me of it. I couldn't wait to start and it was stolen. I still want to do something like this some day. Congratulations on such an adorable quilt.
