I LOVE that quilt and that pillow is beautiful, where did you get the pattern? I'd really like to try both. Thanks for sharing with the QB--this place is great-it is so addicting-I just can't get along without checking every day.

The cushion - this is an easy way of doing crazy patch. Start in the centre with a five sided piece then starting by attaching about a 2.5 inch wide piece to one side, stitching and flipping over, work your way around adding pieces as you go. The trick is not to end up with a very long seam. Add lace, ribbon etc to catch it in the next seam, do some embroidery, beadwork etc. when finished.
