They are beautiful. I want to use some crayons for accents on a wall hanging. Was it easy or hard?

I like the one colored with crayons. It is neat. Did you use special crayons, and how did you set it so they wouldn't run?

Lennette, It was easy to do the crayola one. I bought this pattern but you could make your own and add your applique. I drew the appliques on good muslin, colored them, pressed them to heat set the color. If I wanted it darker, I just colored more and heat set again. I added the beading for a little spark. I machine appliqued and it was dificult to do the forgetme nots so I did hand embroider over these teeny appliques and added beads there too.
Have fun with it. You probably have some patterns with appliques in them and just make your blocks different sizes for interest.
