Love the colors you used. I've done that pattern, but much smaller. I can never finish ANY quilt in a day, but I do know a few folks who can finish some of Eleanor's early patterns in a day. Your quilt is gorgeous!

I actually have had that pattern and template from E. Burns for about a year and decided it was too complicated! It was in the stack for Goodwill until I saw your post so I dug it out and may have to re-think this. Yours is really beautiful. I had planned on a teal and brown combination of some sort originally with maybe a mauve framing for the strips. Good timing with your post. thanks!
