This has been in the making for a year or so (don't remember...seems like forever). I got the info on how to make the "Illusion Quilt" from Missouri Star Quilt and just kept adding to it until I got it the size I wanted 96 x 126 (I think that is what it ended up being)

The back took longer than the front because I kept running out of fabric going to buy more only to find out what I wanted was sold out, so I had to just keep adding to the back. Thought I had figured out enough fabric for the boarder and got to the end only to discovery it was 2 /12" short....Goodness what a learning experience this quilt has been for me as I have not been trying to quilt for a few years.

I am just so Happy this quilt turned out so Good, and that it is done. It was quilted by J. Williams (Roswell,NM) she did a Beautiful job, Thank you Jaackie!!!

Thank You for looking and hope you like this quilt as much as I do!!!

I love the Illusion pattern and you did a great job with yours! I like that your backing makes for a fully reversible quilt too.
